The Murder of Roger Ackroyd

The Murder of Roger Ackroyd

Agatha Christie

1926 Fontana (1957)

Recommendation: Previous books

This is the best Hercule Poirot I've read yet. I've probably said that before, but the Hercule Poirot stories I've read of late have been rather monotonous, and this certainly is not. It is also refreshing to be narrated by someone other than Hastings. This is the fourth Agatha Christie novel featuring Poirot, so presumably he is just getting into his stride!
