The Private Lives of Albert Einstein

The Private Lives of Albert Einstein

Roger Highfield & Paul Carter

1993 Faber&Faber London

Recommendation: Review in the Daily Telegraph

A most interesting book, but not particularly for the personal side of his life, much of which was rather sad. The interest was mainly to be found in putting Einstein in the context of his generation, and also in relation to other physicists such as Neils Bohr and Heisenburg (he of the uncertainty principle).
